Start the build with the build fee struck off
The $697 one-time build fee is taken off every order placed on or before December 31, 2026. The monthly plan is unchanged, the work is unchanged, and the line is simply not on your order.
- Nothing is charged for the build itself, at signup or at launch.
- Live in 7 days on Run List, and nothing goes public until you approve it.
- No contract, no lock-in, cancel with 2 business days of notice.
Pick a plan below. Its button opens our secure Stripe checkout.

Three tickets. The same line is struck off all three.
Every plan is the whole website, fully managed: hosting, weekly run list updates, revisions and researched articles. The plans differ in how much runs on top of the site, not in how good the site is.

What happens next, in order
- Payment
The first month is paid at checkout
Stripe charges the monthly plan when you order, and that payment starts the plan and the build queue. No build fee is on it, and it stays at zero for this build.
- Onboarding
One call, inside two working days
Thirty minutes on your lanes, sale formats, current run list and the domain. You leave the call with a launch date.
- Build
We build, you review in the portal
Run list pages, lane and sale-format pages, the condition report layout, buyer registration and hosting. Every round of notes goes in one place.
- Launch
You approve, then it goes live
Live in 7, 10 or 15 days depending on the plan. Nothing goes public until you say so.
Six things, and the build has everything it needs
Everything on this list can be sent after you order. Nothing here has to be ready before you place the order.
Your house name, address, license details as you display them, and the sale days you run.
A folder of lot photography, or permission to use what is on your current site.
One recent run list and one condition report, so the layout is built around your real documents.
Your domain, or the word to register a new one in your name.
CRM access, or the address buyer registrations should land in until a CRM is chosen.
One person on your side who can approve a page. One, not a committee.
The work that is now free, spelled out
- Design and build of every page, written around your lanes and sale formats.
- The run list and condition report layouts, built to your own documents.
- Migration of a current site, with the old URLs redirected so bookmarks and rankings survive.
- Buyer registration wired into your CRM, tested with a real submission.
So nothing here is a surprise later
- The monthly plan fee. That is unchanged and starts when you order.
- Third-party costs you already pay, such as a CRM subscription.
- Content we are not given. We write the site, you supply the photography.
A date, not a timer that resets when you reload
74 days from the day this page was last published.
Orders placed on or before that date carry no build fee. On the following morning the fee goes back to $697 for new orders, and that is the whole mechanism. There is no rolling clock on this page, no seat counter and no price that quietly climbs while you read.
Your own monthly price is fixed for as long as you stay on the plan, so waiting costs you the $697 and nothing else. If the date has passed by the time you read this, the price on the pricing page is the price.
Refunds and cancellation
All sales are final except a duplicate or incorrect charge reported within 30 days. Cancel by email at least 2 business days before your next invoice. The full terms are in the refund policy.
Approval before launch
Nothing is published until you have seen it and said yes. Revisions run through the client portal, 5 a month included and $20 each after that, with no hourly billing.
Your domain, your site
The domain is registered in your name, or we point the one you already own. Hosting, SSL, CDN and DDoS protection sit inside the monthly fee, with nothing metered.
The part I rate most highly is the form, not the visuals. It collects bidder type, sale date and vehicle reference up front, so the back-and-forth we used to do by reply has largely gone. It has quietly removed the slowest step in our intake.
Eight questions people ask on this page
Is the $697 build fee really zero, or deferred?
Zero. It is removed from the order, not postponed. Order on or before December 31, 2026 and no build fee is invoiced for that build, at launch or later.
What do I actually pay on the day I order?
The first month of the plan you pick, charged by card through Stripe when you order: $127, $267 or $647. The plan then renews monthly. The one-time build fee is not charged at checkout.
Does the waiver change the monthly price?
No. The monthly fee is the same $127 to $647 it has always been. Only the one-time build fee is struck off.
What happens after the waiver date?
On December 31, 2026 the build fee goes back to $697 for new orders. Monthly prices do not rise when it does, and your own monthly price is fixed for as long as you stay on the plan.
Can I switch plan after I order?
Yes, up or down, from the next invoice. Moving up mid-build can change the launch date, because the higher plans carry more pages and more setup.
What if I am not happy with the build?
Nothing goes live until you approve it, and revisions are part of the plan: 5 a month included, each completed within 2 to 5 working days. Refunds are governed by our refund and cancellation policy.
How do I cancel?
Email us at least 2 business days before your next invoice date, during business hours, and no further invoice is raised. There is no lock-in contract and no exit fee.
Does this stack with the Black Friday sale?
No, and it does not need to. The Black Friday offer already includes this waiver and adds 30% off the monthly fee for the first 3 months, November 24 to November 30, 2026 only.
Broader questions about the offer are answered on the FAQ, and the sale that runs once a year is on the Black Friday page.
